Women-owned tattoo shops on the rise. Renee Santagata, one of the city’s few anime tattoo artists, inks fans with characters from Dragon Ball Z, Naruto Shippuden, and Chainsaw Man. 7pm-9pm, Books | 5th Annual Halloween Reading at Basket Books. A spooky reading night, costumes encouraged. Then head to Poison Girl for Poison Pen at 8:30.
8pm, Food | Chef Tasting Experience at Thompson Houston. An open-air dinner at one long table, with wine and skyline views.
